The Vision
The Salt & Light Ministry of Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship exists to equip, inform, and exhort the body of Christ to be a light to both culture and government. We exhort the believer to scrutinize the media, the political leaders, and this world through the lens of scripture (John 7:24) and to uphold the standard of biblical faith upon which our nation was founded.
The Focus
Importantly, Salt & Light is “apolitical” and non-partisan; rather, it concerns itself and takes action on only those issues affecting the five core Biblical “non-negotiables,” and namely:
- Sanctity of Life
- Traditional Marriage
- Family Values
- Religious Freedom
- Support for Israel
