The Vision

Welcome to the Men's Ministry. This ministry is built on the principle of deepening our understanding of the Lord by the study of His Word. We are in a spiritual war, and as Paul writes, "the flesh lusts against the Spirit". The best way to strengthen our spirit is to feed it the pure truth of God's Word.
The goal is to move beyond a simple "intellectual understanding" to a "heartfelt one". Equipping the men to find truth for themselves through a practical, "Inductive" method:
Observation: What does the text say?
Interpretation: What does the text mean?
Application: How does this text apply to me?

Men's Bible Study
The Men's Bible Study meets on Mondays in the main sanctuary and is currently going through the Book of Acts.
Come out for an evening of good food, fellowship, worship, and verse by verse Bible teaching. Potluck starts at 6:30pm (bring a main, side, dessert, or drink to share), Worship and Bible Study begin at 7:00pm, followed by small groups for discussion and prayer.

Interested In Serving?
Becoming a Volunteer
It is required that all volunteers do the following before serving:
- Complete the Distinctive Classes
- Submit a ministry application
- Complete a background check (18+)
Areas to Serve
- Set up crew
- Tear down crew
- Small Group Leaders and Assistants
- Worship Leaders
Qualifications
- Love Jesus
- Love others
- Attend the Men’s Bible Study each week
- Exhibit the character qualifications of mature Christian men found in 1 Timothy 3:8-13
