Mens Ministry

The vision

“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” - Acts 2:42

The Men’s Ministry is dedicated to strengthening, equipping, encouraging, and edifying men through Bible study, fellowship, food, and prayer. I spent over two decades pastoring in Europe, and one of the reasons why the church in general is weak and dying in Europe is because of a lack of godly, biblically mature men. God has called men to lead in families, churches, businesses, and communities. When men don’t lead, these key social institutions grow weak and die. In the Old Testament book of Judges, Deborah called for the princes of Israel to step up and lead in her day, “When leaders lead in Israel, when the people willingly offer themselves, bless the LORD!” (Judges 5:2). The same is true today. Godly, biblically mature men are essential to the health of their families, churches, businesses, communities, and nations. Our aim therefore is to come together as men to mutually strengthen one another to reach our full potential in Christ and to lead as servants of Christ. Come join us!

how to serve in the mens ministry

Before serving in this ministry, it is required that all volunteers complete the Distinctive Classes. The purpose of the Distinctive Classes is to explain the basic beliefs of Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship before we step out to serve in a ministry at the church. After completing the Distinctive Classes, submit a ministry application.
